The Leicesterbased manufacturer offers a wide range of rivets from: solid, tubular, semi-tubular (P/T rivets) through to bifurcated rivets, with additional speciality in weld studs and heel pins for stiletto shoes.

Rivets are wonderfully versatile fasteners and can be used across a wide range of applications such as: connecting structural components in aerospace and automation, assembling furniture, through to self-piercing bifurcated rivets in the fibreboard, leather and plywood sectors.

Rivets Maker specialises in rivets up to 6mm in diameter and manufactured batch sizes range from 50,000 to 500,000 components. The expert team can process an extensive range of materials such as aluminium, brass and mild steel, with finishing processes surrounding BZP, nickel and tin plating, lacquer blacking, annealing and through-hardening.

Tubular rivets are historically used in the leather industry for example, for belts, bags and applications where a secure or decorative fastening is required.

Rivets Maker has particular skilled expertise in large orders of high-end stiletto heel pins, with four types of knurling along the shaft and offered in differing shank sizes to accommodate different tube diameters. With stilettos still a popular choice across the country, especially white Stealth Stilettos, popularised by many members of the Royal Family, there is still huge demand for high-end heel pins.
