I am Bagus, a junior architect with one year of professional experience in design-built consultant and one year as an intern during my studies in the bachelor of architecture program at Diponegoro University, Semarang

Being involved in the world of architectural design is incredibly fascinating to me It pushes me out of my comfort zone and encourages continuous growth This industry allows me to contribute more, learn new things, and inspires me to stay consistent and persistent in creating the best work outcomes.

In the past year, I have been involved in several projects that have provided me with exceptional learning and experiences in the field of architecture On the following pages, you will find those projects. I am eager to hear your opinions and thoughts about them. GP HOUSE

Located in Pondok Indah, GP House are built to respond the owner needs of space developments that changing through times There are several areas that being adjusted and added to solve issues between space needs and building mass transformations This project create harmonious interplay of wooden elements and solid gray colors that represent of modern tropical style that completed with massive facade and customize aluminium CNC as point of interest on the facade

SOUTH JAKARTA

MASSING TRANSFORMATION

BASE FORM

Transformation begun with the basic form of the existing building in site

EXTENSION & ADDITION

Space developments responded through extending the building vertically and adding box in the back

FACADE TRANSFORMARTION

Add two border to grouping the building mass which one of higher in order to give point of interest Curving the middle mass and adding diagonal face to fill smaller border Completed with box underneath

FINAL FORM

Consists of major geometrical form, completed with curved and diagonal surfaces produced final form that compliment one to another

VANISHING

In order to revealed the geometrical basic form from the old building

SUBSTRACT, PUSH, & PULL

Substraction has effect on the top transformation and the front Push the top to adjust the height of the surroundings

EMBELLISHED

Reduction some small parts to fit and adjust building to the surroundings

TEXTURING

The colors and textures that used are the combination of dark grey, brown, and light grey also completed with natural elements surfaces to enhance the tropical looks

FACADE DETAIL

ELEMENTS THAT COMPLETE THE WHOLE LOOKS

Customized Aluminium cnc are consist of 6 moduls that have similar dimension with different patterns Basic patterns that had been used are 3D cube that split into 3 small parts The cube repeated from the right at the down to the left at the top which the higher it goes the more cube patterns decreased

The L Shaped Facade element are outdoor panel that tied with light steel hollow framework In order to give depth, the L surface rotated 45 degrees to the back and framed with WF beam on the outside

There are 2 canopy that placed above massive facade window which is similar one another The canopy consist of WF beam filled with WPC hollow in between and covered with tempered glass

DA HOUSE

BSD, SOUTH TANGERANG

Located in BSD the clients wanted some transformations and enhancement for their home by create moderncontemporary house In order to respond the requests, geometric shapes of mass compositions on the facade, featuring the warm and deep tones of palette selection also interior that dominated by solid colors such as ash and dark wood become major vocal point that create modern-contemporary style

Starting from an existing building which has a basic rectangle shape

EMBELLISHED

The L shape and square base are given to emphasize the geometric lines also utility and functional aspects

1st Floor Plan

Zoning on the 1st floor are for public that applies for all users include maids and guests, consist of indoor and outdoor areas that accessible for all users

SUBTRACTION

The reduction occurs at the top and front of the building

FINAL FORM

Consisting of geometric shapes that are integrated in an attractive way

2nd Floor Plan

2nd floor are specified for main users that very private, consist of master bedroom & bathroom, children bedromm & bathroom, family area, and private balcony

MASSING ADDITION

The addition of a box on the top front to provide independent mass and point of interest of the whole building

TEXTURING

The colors used are combination of natural elements such as stone, wood, cement, metal, which gives the impression of a modern building

3rd FLoor Plan

Service and utility areas are purposely on the 3rd floor that consist of laundry, storage, rooftop, and utility spaces for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing

Family Area

MAIN CONNECTION BETWEEN MAIN USERS

The second floor area is specifically designed for the primary users of DA House It serves as a connection between the children's rooms and the master bedroom This area features some point of interest divided into three sections: the TV backdrop area, built-in cabinets, and the foyer wall panel Designed with geometric shapes, colors, and textures that align with the first floor's interior, also the doors that reaches the height of the ceiling reinforces the contemporary modern concept of the house

BUILT-IN CABINETS

Designed with variations of square modules integrated with a solidvoid ideas

Designed with plywood that covered with combination of HPL and completed by LED strips on the back of the void cabinets

Master Bedroom WHERE COMFORT MEETS ELEGANCE

The flooring used is SPC herringbone, chosen to make the room feel more homey while still considering the durability aspect of the flooring material
Master bedroom is designed with a combination of shades of gray and various wood tones, accented with touches of black on some elements

The girl's bedroom is designed with a warm combination of pink, darker red with lower saturation, white calcatta pattern, and solid beige This combination creates a feminine and elegant room appearance The used of foam-filled headboard fabric and a quarter-circle backdrop wallpaper enhances the room's relaxed atmosphere The placement of the study desk connected to the wardrobe table responds to specific user needs The combination of the same range of colors but with different contrasts, along with touches of gold on some elements, makes this room appealing.

The boy's bedroom is designed with a combination of shades of gray, wood brown, and blue Circular wall panels paired with wallpaper make the room inclusive for boys of all ages, from child to adult The lighting combinations in the room create a dramatic and engaging appearance The overall effect of these elements results in a warm and relaxed atmosphere suitable for both rest and productive activities

YA SHOPHOUSE

The YA Shophouse is used as an office where the owner desires a new building facade In designing this facade budget and construction time were considered Therefore materials that are easy to install and widely available in the market were chosen The combination of curved gypsum with shading elements perforated at the top and bottom and WPC modules attached to hollow steel with adjusted slopes to accommodate full-sized WPC creates an attractive facade that presents a new and elegant look

FIVE CAFE

Five Cafe is an interior renovation project located in Plaza Mulia, Samarinda The owner envisions a massive transformation from its previous style to a modern interior concept that welcomes all visitors In the interior planning, Various seating arrangements are designed based on the potential needs of customers that aims to provide spaces for visitors engaging in various activities while visiting the cafe

The design of Five Cafe adapts to the existing conditions such as unchanged ceilings, with several curved elements integrated This is reflected in the curved shape of communal tables curved wall panels and the selection of furniture designed with curved features The color palette includes variations of wood tones, ash, and marble motifs found in the HPL coverings

FF HOUSE

The owner of FF house wishes to change the interior style to simple classic The proposed design combines the use of moulding curved WPC wall panels mirrors and aluminum trim Surfaces are coated with duco paint in various shades of taupe Interior elements feature curved angles and circular motifs to create an appealing look
Furniture such as cabinets and wall panels are made from 20 mm plywood covered with HPL

MG house adopts a minimalist interior concept with a focus on intriguing corners within each room The house serves a specific purpose as a venue for the owner to conduct filming, aligning with their role as a content creator The desired color scheme includes shades of blue and light wood brown to foster a comfortable atmosphere Artificial lighting is strategically employed throughout the space to enhance its appealing and dramatic appearance
