FOREWORD

This genuine dispersal arises as a result of the retirement of Mr Dennis Harrison and many locals will know that the family have already sold their dairy cattle which leaves a full range of machinery for dispersal.

The JCB Telehandler and NC Trailers have all been owned from new as has the little used Bateman Livestock Trailer.

In addition to the main items there are a range of sundry livestock requisites and troughs etc to be auctioned.

There is a small entry of included items from various local vendors which will be sold at the end of the main items in the sale field.

It is expressly brought to the bidders attention that at the time of sale, items of plant, machinery and equipment may not necessarily comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, and its’ associated regulations, governing the use of plant, machinery, and equipment at work.

Whilst Bagshaws take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity of sale items, or make bidders aware of any known defects, anyone purchasing an item must ensure it is safe, and complies with all relevant regulatory requirements, before it is used in a work environment.
