Willow Grange has excellent access and lies only mile off the A52 Stoke on Trent to Ashbourne main road.
From the Centre of Cheadle pick up the A522 towards Stoke on Trent and Leek travel approximately 2 miles (passing the JCB Heavy Products Factory on the left). At the severe bend adjoining Jones and Shoves Bathroom Centre turn right onto the A52 signed for Ashbourne. Continue towards Kingsley for approximately mile and turn left into Hollins Lane. Travel down the lane for approximately 1 mile with Willow Grange lying on the right.
From Ashbourne and Whiston on the A52 continue through Whiston towards Kingsley and after passing out of Kingsley travel passed the Alpha Aggregates Factory on the right. Continue for approximately ! mile then turn right into Hollins Lane with Willow Grange lying down the lane after approximately 1 mile.

This genuine dispersal arises as a result of the retirement of Mr Dennis Harrison and many locals will know that the family have already sold their dairy cattle which leaves a full range of machinery for dispersal.
