Situation

Sealefields Farm has excellent national road network access and lies close to both the M42 and A38 Derby/Lichfield dual carriageway.

From Heaton Manufacturing at Grangewood, head towards Netherseal and take the 2nd lane right signed for Clifton Campville into Sandy Lane. Travel down the lane for 1.2 miles past the green triangle with the farm entrance lying on the left.

From the M42 Junction 11 (where the A444 meets) travel towards Mercia Park and pick up the B5493 (signed Tamworth). Continue for 1.4 miles towards the centre of No Mans Heath. Take the 2nd right signed for Clifton Campville on Clifton Road travel for 2.3 miles into the centre of Clifton Campville and take Netherseal Lane (1st right entering the village) with the farm lying on the right after 1 mile.

‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

Value Added Tax - The vendors are registered for VAT purposes (no. 125 5005 10) and VAT at the standard rate will be charged in addition to the auction price where applicable. Please note that there will be several large items sold within this sale free of VAT and purchasers must check on sale day.

Intending Purchasers not known to the Auctioneers must contact Alastair Sneddon and produce, prior to bidding, an acceptable reference. Unless an acceptable Reference is produced Payment is Strictly Cash. Existing Bagshaws customers may still pay by cheque.

Persons unknown to the Auctioneers and who pay by cheque will have their goods impounded until cheques have cleared. The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse a bid off any potential unknown customer.

Cheques/Payments-Payment Is Required On Sale Day

Intending Purchasers not known to the Auctioneers must produce, prior to bidding, an acceptable Banker’s reference. Under new regulations introduced by the Banks, such references are now only obtainable by the Bank’s customers themselves and have to be obtained by them direct from their Bank and forwarded to us. Unless an acceptable Banker’s Reference is produced Payment is Strictly Cash. Persons unknown to the Auctioneers and who pay by cheque will have their goods impounded until cheques have cleared. The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse a bid off any potential unknown customer.

Viewing and Inspection – Strictly on Sale Day only from 8:30am.

Conditions of Sale – Bagshaws usual farm sale conditions of sale shall apply at this sale, copies of which are available from the Town offices or the on site sale office.

Cash – Under the money laundering regulations the auctioneers are unable to accept cash in sums greater than €10,000 (or its Sterling equivalent). Please contact the auctioneers to discuss methods of cash payment prior to the sale.

Export Purchasers – All goods must be paid for in pounds sterling (£).

VAT on Export Goods – Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. All customers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums.

Post Sale Insurance-The Auctioneers are unable to provide insurance on any lot in the sale. The Purchaser is responsible for insuring any item with effect from the fall of the hammer.

Buyers Premium – For Purchasers On Site there is no Buyers Premium payable at the sale. Online purchasers – please see details below.
