GENERAL NOTES Situation Plardiwick Farm lies just out of the village of Gnosall and has access from the A518 Stafford to Newport Road.

From the Royal Oak at Gnosall take the A518 towards Newport and after passing Heath Garage on the left turn right for Norbury adjoining the Navigation Inn (Brown Boat Trip Signs). Continue down the lane and under the railway bridge (beware height is 12ft 9) and after 300 yards Plardiwick Farm lies first drive on the right.

From Norbury junction take the lane for Gnosall and travel under the canal along the side and back under the canal once more. Continue for approximately 1.3 miles with Plardiwick Farm lying on the left before the main Gnosall village.

Beware Bridge Access Height Sale Goers beware the access bridges to the farm are comparatively low and care should be taken on entry and exiting the sale.

‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

Cheques/Payments-Payment Is Required On Sale Day Intending Purchasers not known to the Auctioneers must produce, prior to bidding, an acceptable Banker’s reference. FOREWORD This excellent sale arises as a result of the end of tenancy at Plardiwick Farm with Adrian Barber and his wife having been on the holding for 11 years.

The machinery has been well maintained with several of the machines owned from new, the Massey Ferguson Loader Tractor has been owned from new with the New Holland prime mover purchased with very low hours on in recent years.

Several of the machines including the Protech Rear Mounted Post Knocker together with Watson Heavy Flat Rolls have undertaken very little work and are in superb order.

There is a wide range of equipment and cattle sundries together with the Milking Parlour etc and purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this excellent early season sale.
