GENERAL NOTES Situation Lower Castle Hayes Farm has excellent national road access and lies only 5 miles from the A50 Stoke/Derby link road.

From the A50/A515 roundabout at Sudbury pick up the A515 south towards Lichfield and travel over the River Dove and the railway track to the first main roundabout. Turn left onto Coton Lane signed for Tutbury and Fauld and travel through Coton and Fauld into the town of Tutbury. Take the first right in Tutbury into Red Hill Lane and travel ! mile through the houses to Belmot Road. Turn right and travel up towards Needwood with Lower Castle Hayes lying on the right after 1 mile (the first drive on the right by the concrete bridge wall).

From Burton on Trent and the Five Lane Ends roundabout (B5017) take the lane for Tutbury (Brown Golf Driving Range Signs) travel down past Belmont Driving Range and the farm lies on the left after approximately 1/3 mile (before the concrete bridge wall).

FOREWORD This genuine sale on behalf of the Smith family arises as they are relinquishing the tenancy on the farm after having farmed there for 21 years.

This has been a highly productive efficient dairy unit and all the dairy cattle have now been sold which brings forward a large range of Telehandlers, Tractors and Machinery together with Livestock Equipment for dispersal.

The Case Puma 150 tractor has been dealer serviced and owned from new and has undertaken under 1400 hours and comes complete with 50KPH gearbox and front linkage.

The Honda TRX 500 Quad Bike is a 2015 model with under 570 work hours and is again in excellent condition.

The Land Rover 90 and Ford Ranger Raptor have done low mileages for their age and have been well maintained.
