FOREWORD
The genuine sale at Home Farm arises as a result of the retirement from the farming partnership of Mr Paul Bosworth due to ill health.
Many locals will know that a portion of the well bred Hereford Suckler Herd is being dispersed.

The Bosworth Family have farmed in the area for many decades and several of the principal machines including the Malone Mower, Taarup Bale Wrapper and Jarmet Sprayer have been owned from new.
In addition to the large items there is a wide array of sundries and effects for sale.
Perusal of the included by permission section of the catalogue will reveal that various family members, friends and relatives have included a large range of items at this sale including various collectables and vehicle projects.
Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
It is expressly brought to the bidders attention that at the time of sale, items of plant, machinery and equipment may not necessarily comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, and its’ associated regulations, governing the use of plant, machinery, and equipment at work.
Whilst Bagshaws take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity of sale items, or make bidders aware of any known defects, anyone purchasing an item must ensure it is safe, and complies with all relevant regulatory requirements, before it is used in a work environment.
