Situation
General Notes
Highlands Park Farm has excellent national road access and lies close to the A50 Stoke/Derby Link and the A38 Derby/Lichfield dual carriageway.
From the Stoke/Derby link/A50 at Sudbury pick up the A515 towards Lichfield and travel over the River Dove up the bank at Draycott in the Clay and at Six Lane Ends turn left towards Burton on Trent. After 2 miles at the Shell Garage roundabout (adjoining the Moseley House) pick up the lane for Barton under Needwood (follow brown signs for Byrkley Garden Centre). Continue mile and turn left into Rangemore signed for Rangemore and Tatenhill. Travel through Rangemore passing the church on the right to the signs for Tatenhill Common. 600 yards after the sign take the turn immediately right into Highlands Park Lane with the car park field lying on the left.
From the A38 dual carriageway south of Burton on Trent – at the Branston/Tatenhill interchange, travel off the junction towards Tatenhill down the new road passing the John Taylor School on the right and up to the centre of Tatenhill Village. Go straight over the crossroads and up the hill onto Tatenhill Common with Highlands Park Lane lying on the left after mile. The car park lies half way down the lane on the left.
‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

Cheques/Payments-Payment Is Required On Sale Day
Intending Purchasers not known to the Auctioneers must produce, prior to bidding, an acceptable Banker’s reference. Under new regulations introduced by the Banks, such references are now only obtainable by the Bank’s customers themselves and have to be obtained by them direct from their Bank and forwarded to us. Unless an acceptable Banker’s Reference is produced Payment is Strictly Cash. Persons unknown to the Auctioneers and who pay by cheque will have their goods impounded until cheques have cleared. The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse a bid off any potential unknown customer.
All bidders should note that in many cases video security will be on site.
Viewing and Inspection – strictly on sale day from 8.30am onwards.
Conditions of Sale – Bagshaws usual farm sale conditions of sale shall apply at this sale, copies of which are available from the Town offices or the on site sale office.
General Notes
Cash – Under the money laundering regulations the auctioneers are unable to accept cash in sums greater than €10,000 (or its Sterling equivalent). Please contact the auctioneers to discuss methods of cash payment prior to the sale.

Export Purchasers – All goods must be paid for in pounds sterling (£).
VAT on Export Goods – Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. All customers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums.
Buyers Premium – No buyers premium will be payable at this sale.
Telehandler Loading Facilities –Telehandler loading facilities will be available on site up until approximately 5.30pm on sale day.
Machine Hours – Machine hours have been taken as at Friday 27th January 2023. These are given for information purposes only and are not guaranteed by the Auctioneers.
Loading
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for the safe loading & transport of all and any purchases.
Bagshaws are under no obligation to provide assistance in loading but on occasion they will do their best to help provided that it is not putting themselves, the purchaser or other people at risk of injury.
For large, heavy and unwieldy items, specialist loading and transportation will be required for example bulk bins and tanks. The decision made by Bagshaws will be final.

This genuine dispersal sale arises as a result of the ending of the tenancy at Highlands Park Farm.
Many locals will know that the superb Pedigree Rangemore Herd of Holstein Friesians has already been dispersed and that the family have been on the holding for almost 20 years.
There is an excellent range of equipment and a substantial range of fixtures and in situ fitments with a very good Bulk Leg Bin also for sale.
The stars of the show are undoubtedly the Kramer Loading Shovel and New Holland Tractor together with Diet Feeder and Vacuum Tanker. The Kramer together with the Hi Spec Diet Feeder and Pichon Vacuum Tanker have all been owned from new and it should be noted that the Diet Feeder has been stored under cover all its working life and it has also been re-lined recently with the Kramer having a new engine.
The range of galvanised cattle equipment includes cattle crushes, galvanised cubicles and other main items.
In addition, various local sundry vendors have included very saleable and genuine items and perusal of the catalogue shows many lots of smart equipment for sale.
Purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this varied and interesting event.
