Travel under the railway bridge (beware 14’ 3”) with Hagg House Farm drive lying mile on the left.

From the B6039 between Tibshelf and Holmewood pick up Hardstoft Road signposted for Pilsley Village, travel down the village passing the school on the left and mile after leaving the built up area the drive for Hagg House Farm lies on the right.

3 FOREWORD
The genuine dispersal sale at Hagg House Farm arises as a result of the passing of Mr Robert Byard in 2021. The Byard family are now winding up the old partnership and all the livestock has already been sold from the holding. There is a wide range of sundries and effects together with cattle equipment and various tractors which have run on the unit. The star of the show is undoubtedly the McHale C460 Trailed Straw Chopper which has undertaken little work.
It is expressly brought to the bidders attention that at the time of sale, items of plant, machinery and equipment may not necessarily comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, and its’ associated regulations, governing the use of plant, machinery, and equipment at Whilstwork.
