Situation Baldfields Farm lies close to the A516 and A50 and has easy access from both the A38 and A50. From Uttoxeter and Sudbury pick up the A50 towards Derby and at the Hilton Interchange leave the A50 onto the A516 signposted Derby and Etwall. From the main roundabout take the A516 and pass Etwall on the right and after 800 yards take the first lane on the left into Ash Lane signposted Sutton on the Hill. Travel up Ash Lane passing the Buddhist Centre on the right and after 1 mile turn right down the tarmac lane (dead end sign) with the drive to Baldfields Farm lying on the left hand side. the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale. The Honda Quad Bike together with both Case Tractors have been owned from new together with the Vogel and Noot Plough, Bogballe Fertilizer Spreader and several other items including the squeeze crush.
Bagshaws take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity of sale items, or make bidders aware of any known defects, anyone purchasing an item must ensure it is safe, and complies with all relevant regulatory requirements, before it is used in a work environment.
In addition to the family items there is a special entry of vintage and classic tractors from a non-vat registered vendor.
A visit to Baldfields Farm on Saturday 17th September will find something for everyone.
Over recent decades the farm has run a small arable enterprise together with the beef/store cattle and sheep.
The tenancy has now come to an end and the landlord is selling the farm unit and all the beef/store cattle together with the sheep have recently been sold off the farm.
It is expressly brought to the bidders attention that at the time of sale, items of plant, machinery and equipment may not necessarily comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, and its’ associated regulations, governing the use of plant, machinery, and equipment at Whilstwork.
