GENERAL NOTES Situation Ashencroft Farm has excellent road access and lies only two miles from Uttoxeter and the A518 Stafford Road.

From the centre of Uttoxeter pick up Stafford Road and the A518 and travel out passed the Plough public house to the new traffic lights. Bear left onto the B5013 signed for Abbots Bromley. Continue out of the town and after 1 miles reach the crossroads (adjoining the former Red Cow public house). Turn left into Quee Lane signed for Marchington. The farm lies first drive on the right after 60 yards.

From the centre of Abbots Bromley pick up Uttoxeter Road and the B5013.

Continue through the woods for 4 miles to the former Red Cow public house on the right. Turn right onto Quee Lane with the farm drive first on the right after 60 yards.

‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

Cheques/Payments-Payment Is Required On Sale Day Intending Purchasers not known to the Auctioneers must produce, prior to bidding, an acceptable Banker’s reference. FOREWORD This genuine dispersal sale arises as a result of a total reduction in farming activity at Ashencroft Farm as all the cattle have been sold from the holding and many locals will know the Late Neville John Gallimore passed away in 2020.

Many of the principal items on the farm have been owned from new including the Massey Ferguson tractors and Manitou Telehandler. Items have been carefully driven and have undertaken little work for their age.

In addition to the main farm items there are a large number of quality lots to be sold on behalf of various sundry vendors (including retirements) and purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this very good mid-season sale.
