ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF COUNTRY We acknowledge the traditional country of the Kabi Kabi Gubbi Gubbi peoples and the Jinibara peoples of the coastal plains and the hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast. We recognise that these beautiful places have always been places of cultural, spiritual, social and economic significance to Australia’s first people. Badderam pays respect to Indigenous elders – past, present and emerging – and we acknowledge the important role that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have played and continue to play within Buderim and the Sunshine Coast community.

INTRODUCTION Offering for sale two adjoining properties; a DA approved Luxury Resort development site “Badderam” and “Aquila”, an operating luxury rainforest retreat with DA approval for subdivision into seven residential lots. The combined offering totals approximately 8 hectares of freehold land set in elevated rainforest bushland with extensive views over the Sunshine Coast to the ocean and Glass House Mountains.
