15 year limited warranty on Aluminum and Wicker Collections: This warranty covers structural failure of frames such as broken welds or tubes within 15 years of the purchase date. Note that this warranty does not cover water freezing in tubes, improper maintenance or acts of nature.
5 year limited warranty on Wicker collections: This warranty covers the actual weave material (spline) against discoloration, chalking, cracking or breaking under normal use. Note: the this warranty does not cover damage caused by improper stacking or storage.
3 year limited warranty on Aluminum Collections and Woven Collections: This warranty covers peeling, blistering, calking, or blistering of the painted finish for 3 years of the original purchase date
Cleaning & Maintenance
A consistent schedule of cleaning the surface will help remove dirt, grime, and other surface build-ups that can help keep your furniture looking new Over time, powder-coated finishes exposed to the elements may show signs of weathering such as reduced gloss and slight color loss. Use a non-abrasive soap or household cleaner and wipe aluminum, woven, or Reserve pieces with a soft cloth. Furniture can be rinsed with hose water. We do not recommend using chemical cleaners such as acetone, alcohol, mineral spirits, or lacquer thinners. Any type of chemical that is harmful to the powder coat surface should be removed or cleaned immediately. Avoid using pressure washers.
