In the Kingdom of Arendelle, Princess Elsa has the power to create and freeze ice and snow, and her younger sister Anna loves to play with her After Elsa accidentally injures Anna with her magic, she becomes fearful of her increasingly unpredictable powers and sends Anna away.

Elsa accidentally exposes her powers before the court Out of fear she flees to the North Mountain where she creates an Ice Palace to hide. Anna ventures to find Elsa. With the help of her new friends Olaf the snowman, Sven the reindeer and their friends, they guide Anna to the Ice Palace.
