In addition to teaching at BYU, she co-directed for non-profit ballet company, Utah Valley Civic Ballet, and directed private studio ballet programs, including the ballet program for Danceworx in Delhi, India. Elise attended the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet Teacher Training and is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique. Elise started dancing when she was 3 and has danced for a variety of ballet and contemporary companies, including UVCB, SALT, The Gray, and at b12 in Berlin. She currently dances for the contemporary company, SLOWBURN Dance as well as freelances with other dance companies and choreographers.
