CoG System®

Distribute weight to the best center of gravity (CoG) location and optimize the performance of your car. Two adjustable, screw-in Tungsten CoG Weights (0.5 oz / 14.1 g each) make it possible to distribute weight quickly and easily. Test your racer’s speed and fine-tune weight placement with the included adjustment tool. Includes drill bit. Micro-Polishing SystemTM P4038

Use this progressive micro-polish system to reduce axle friction for a smooth spin! Use the triangular file to remove flash, chamfer and/or notch axles. Then progressively polish with seven grits of polishing paper (400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500 and 2000). Kit includes magnifier to monitor your polishing progress and enough material to polish axles for five cars. For that racing edge, follow up with the Diamond Finishing Kit.

Diamond Finishing KitTM P4039

Take axle finishing to the ultimate level for the slickest spin! Equivalent to an 8000-grit polishing cloth, this specially formulated diamond compound removes the finest axle and hub imperfections and scuffs. Use as the final finish to a progressive polish with the Micro-Polishing System. Kit contains enough material to finish axles and hubs for five racers. Works with one-piece and nail-type axles. Wheel Alignment Tool P456

Use this tool to make certain your racer meets size specifications. Especially helpful when building your racer to check axle slots for alignment, clearance between wheels and racer body, camber and toe-in and toe-out. It also measures racer length, width and clearance between bottom of racer and track.

Wheel Turning Mandrel

This mandrel holds wheels securely in a drill while removing parting seams for a smooth, fast-running racer. Package includes a two-piece mandrel and two grits of sandpaper (120 and 220).
