Font Preview

If you’ve got a certain size design in mind, you can now filter based on hoop size or number of colors! When using this filter, the machine only shows you the designs that fit your perimeters.

When choosing from the Radiance’s built-in fonts, you can preview the entire alphabet onscreen to see exactly how the font will look before starting your project. Plus, on most of the built-in fonts, you can resize up to 4”.

With the Stitch Regulator attachment choose between Intermittent, Continuous, or Basting mode for a variety of free‑motion quilting techniques. This attachment has 3 interchangeable soles: quilting, open toe, and echo quilting.

Sewing Placement with Projected Guidelines

The Radiance uses a variety of guideline markers and grids for placement. While in sewing mode, switch between 16 different laser colors for better visibility.

Create beautiful edge-to-edge quilting projects using the 15 built-in patterns. Enter a few measurements, select a hoop, specify flip options, and the Radiance sets up your entire quilt. The on-screen instructions and design projections guide you every step of the way for quilts measuring up to 118” x 118” (2,997mm x 2,997mm).

Enhanced Quilt Borders and Sashing

Create beautiful quilt borders and sashing with unmatched precision using the 35 patterns and two shapes. Enter a few measurements, and the Radiance does the necessary calculations for you. The on-screen instructions guide you every step of the way for quilts measuring up to 118” x 118” (2,997mm x 2,997mm).

Tapering Stitches

Match your project’s sharp angles or create mitered corners with the Radiance's Stitch Tapering. With 12 angle settings, two ending methods, and 20 decorative stitches, you can customize a variety of sewing projects.

Quilting Around an Embroidery Pattern Add stippling, echo quilting, or any of the 54 Decorative Fill patterns from IQ Designer around a selected design. Line spacing, distance and frame size are all easily adjustable.

Buttonhole Preview

Using the IQ Live Stitch Projector, preview the style, vertical or horizontal placement, and spacing of your buttonhole.
