Milan Fashion Week

The Milan Fashion Week F-W 2012-2013 opened with the fashion parades of Angelo Marano, Gucci, and last with Alberta Ferretti.

To be in style for next autumn-winter we must amalgamate reason and instinct, dynamic sobriety and conceptual luxury. 4 different themes will decorate our lives, next winter “NEAT” translated as “not contaminated” finds its leitmotiv with single colours on different materials with micro and macro designs which will give an optical illusion of surface movement. This “mood” presents a pallet of intense colours, such as bordeaux, brick red, blue bilberry. The accessories will play between shiny and opaque, studs will have softened points and double faced buttons.

BLURRED: elaborate but fleeting nuances, fluffiness and frail refinement, soft chromatic tones underlying creative and intelligent chaos, delicate contrasts of light and shadow: indefinite designs, that reminds us of Jackson Pollock and comics.

RUGGED: the third theme is characterized by rigor: a monastery-lake simplicity, with a basic shielding cloth of neoprene, all softened by feathery fluffy wools bordered with boiled wool, and long fiber ecofurs. The cascade of colours gives you a sense of simplicity and the austere tones of the mineral world between science and nature, with a touch of blue klein.

PRECIOUS: the fourth mood journeys into space. Striking wools and silks, velvet cottons, black feathers, liquid satins and antique metal mesh. The feathered surfaces are made of angora, kid mohair, and baby alpaca torn-fibres. Protagonist : black colours.

В следующем сезоне осень-зима для того, чтобы быть в моде нужно смешивать такие чувства как рациональность и инстинкт, реальность и фантазию, цвета, ткани. Сезон будет колебаться между концептуальной роскошью и динамической простотой. Уже следующей зимой украшать нашу жизнь будут 4 основные темы.

Neat: переводится как “аккуратный”, “чистый”. Данная тема находит свой лейтмотив в объединённых цветах, на материалах различных микро и макроэлементов, а также графического дизайна, которые дают движение оптических поверхностей. Это настроение представляет палитру ярких цветов, включая бордо, кирпичный, черничный цвет. Аксессуары играют между блестящим и матовым, броши с тупыми шипами и двухсторонние пуговицы.

BLURRED (размытый): размытые и выцветающие нюансы, пушистые и нежные. Хроматики являются тонкими и пастельными, для интеллектуального и творческого хаоса, мягкими акварелями в деликатном контрасте света и тени. Неопределенные рисунки, ссылающиеся на Джексона Поллока и мультипликации.

RUGGED: Третья тема характеризуется “строгостью“, почти монашеской простотой, ткань-щит, на основе неопрена, и все это смягчается шерстью и шерстяными профилями, экологическим мехом с длинным ворсом. Цветовая палитра предлагает простоту и суровые тона из минерального мира между наукой и природой, с оттенком blue klein.

PRECIOUS: Четвёртая тема – это настроение, путешествующее в пространстве. The International Show of Fur and Leather recently closed in Milan, having been attended by 14.566 visitors in five days. It was an opportunity for research and also a cultural event that lasted until last March 7th. The Fur and Leather Show occurred simultaneously with the Micam “The Shoe Event”, that presented itself as very strong in a particular economic moment, confirming its importance as a fashion and business event. Among the visitors and sellers we discovered unusual products created by our precious Italian artisanship, an authentic goldmine of inspiration for tomorrow’s collections.

Stands organized by agencies such as Braschi, Unifur, Loriblu, Fabi, Nando Muzi …demonstrate that the architecture of fashion play an essential role in remaining in the forefront, creating a point of reference in the panorama of international fashion. But Mifur and Micam elevate fashion to newest and highest levels, with parades and events that present the fashion of next season: an absolute hymn to style. It will be a very vivacious show, rediscovering vintage models. Colour, optimism and positive elegance come together in an triumph of different and multicoloured cultures. The key to look for a better future is to be able to appreciate the excellences of the past from which to get inspiration.

Этот момент культуры и научных исследований с 4-го по 7-ое марта, совпал с выставкой MICAM “”the shoes event”, которая представила себя сильной в определенный экономический момент, подтверждая свою двойственную роль в качестве образца для модных деловых встреч. Между экспонентами и покупателями мы обнаружили уникальные продукты того самого ценного итальянского мастерства, настоящая сокровищница вдохновения для будущих тенденций. In this part of the Book the editors want to give you a different perspective of the new emerging stylists, whom you will probably hear of for the first time.

In this edition we selected Gil Santucci, whose stylistic journey takes us back to the 90’s, the years of the mystical “Guns n’ Roses”. You can see a leather necklace through open buttons of a shirt, jeans ripped apart at the knee, long wind blown hair, the new face of fashion. He starts speaking with the aura of an “Argentine gaucho” of his new creations as if they were almost his children, especially the leather details, the studs.
