What we offer Our most important asset in Azets Norway is our 1000+ employees, who collaborate to serve our clients with competence and respect.

At present, we offer four services from four divisions with the largest being Azets Insight with 1.220 MNOK forecast. Focused on four business areas; SMEs, Large Accounts, Advisory and Technology, we provide a broad service offering within accounting, payroll, different Advisory services and a rapid growing Technology provider.

We have many teams that specialise in specific industries, and our latest acquisitions, Legeregnskap - which focuses mainly on medical practices with 50 specialised employees, and Karabingruppen, with 110 employees to create an unrivalled consulting and advisory team. We are proud to be the largest accountancy firm in Norway and will continue to be a leading star in the industry with future focus on the potential and synergies offering a wide variety of advisory services.

Azets People provide temporary and full time recruitment services and we will continue to focus on recruiting, particularly those with highly specialised competencies.

Azets Document Solution will continue as a digitisation service provider for partners and larger clients, but will in addition provide suitable services, such as digital mailroom, for smaller and medium sized clients, handling all kinds of documents.

We’re a valued-based brand connecting people and technology, combining our local presence and know-how with our national strength and holistic approach. Making sure our clients value us for being more than a supplier, but rather an important contributor and solution architect on their behalf.

About our leaders

Rune Norbakk, MD Norway

After a few years in the IT Industry, I moved to a small Accounting

Office in Stavanger, working my way up to MD, a position I held until

we sold the company to a bigger organisation, which again was acquired by Visma in 2001.

After that, I have been a part of the management team until I was appointed MD in 2011. In 2021, Runar Leite replaced me in that position and I took the position as Country Manager.

As a manager, focused on two key areas: the growth of our employees, and the growth of our clients. It makes me very proud to see that colleagues that I have had for many years still work in Azets and many of them in very responsible positions. We also have customer relationships that we have had for many decades, companies where we helped with all formalities when they started, and where we helped with everything except core business from the beginning.

Today some of them have grown into considerable businesses, but they still choose to use our services. The growth of our employees and the growth of our clients is a vital reason for the development we have had.

Runar Leite, MD - Azets Insight Norway I have been with Azets since 2012, previously working for Visma, E&Y and also as an officer with the Norwegian Special forces.

The common thread throughout my working life has been people and management. It still is. I am incredibly proud to work with so much expertise, drive and courage around me. Our ambition in Norway is to achieve an organic growth of 25% over the next five years through; accelerating our automation, optimising our nearshoring, operational excellence and smarter working initiatives.

continue to grow, creating an attractive workplace where development and competence will be key themes.

While still attracting new and interesting clients through sales and marketing, we will focus even more on strengthening our focus on existing clients.

I am incredibly proud of our strong organisation, the people around me both motivate and inspire through their delivery rate. In recent years, change has been the only constant, changes our organisation has exchanged for growth and effective adaptation.

We are at the forefront of technology, competence and efficiency. We will continue to improve every single day, striving to keep our position as a leading star in the industry.

Through increased client knowledge we will develop stronger client relationships, and thus reduce our client retention. We will make sure that we always prioritise the clients first in everything we do, being solution architects and opportunity creators. This will enable us to become the trusted advisor for our clients.

The Five Pillars at a glance: Talented Smart People Our plan is to manage the change one step at a time by bringing out each employee’s potential. Diversity management is key. Discovering employees’ hidden competences will stimulate and contribute to the company’s further growth. At the same time, we are going to continue optimising our business through our MOVE Program.

We are going to do this by building up a solid competence base consisting of proactive, customer-oriented advisors and other highly skilled specialists who can efficiently use our valuable data to create growth and foster client relationships. A value-driven workforce characterised by diversity is a competitive advantage that cannot be easily copied.

Ambitious Growth Our ambition in Norway is to reach an organic growth of 25% in total over the next five years. This means that we expect to reach a revenue of over 2.0 billion NOK. We see growth in the potential between both markets and countries. We need to keep pushing forward, working together with international clients and learning from each other. Smart acquisitions will be necessary to continue our growth in both size and competence.

By making our set of values ​​visible, our vision and goals known, we will ensure that recruitment in the near future will be razor-sharp and future-oriented. The key words for our advisors should be; analytical skills, bridge builder and proactive. By integrating sustainability into strategy and corporate governance, a company can strengthen its competitiveness and reputation, position itself for new business opportunities and improve its risk management.

Effective Technology We are a digital guiding star. We stand out in our industry, but we are also visible in industries that cross into ours. The potential of providing technology as a service in the market is huge, and that is why we see a rapid growth in our Technology Business Area.

Operational Excellence Automation will play a major role in improving our profitability. Our service delivery is based on automated and standardised processes and utilisation of our expertise regardless of the geographical location.

One of our many great strengths is our local offices that are spread all over the country.

Geography and the local knowledge sets us apart from the others.

Through this, we can put together interdisciplinary delivery teams, adapted to each individual clients and needs. This makes us more flexible and strong in delivery than many of our competitors.
