What we offer Azets Finland is currently a business worth total 70,9 MEUR (FY21) revenue offering Accounting, Payroll, Technology, Advisory and Property Management services to a range of customer segments including large and enterprise clients, SMEs, international clients as well as non-profit organisations.

We have a strong team of over 700 smart people working across our service lines as well as our service centre in Tallinn, Estonia, delivering accounting, payroll and travel management services for our Finnish clients and employing 40 employees. Our aim is to bring the accounting and payroll work to the next level by utilising automation and technology enabling our specialists to utilise their competence and support our clients in the best possible way.

We serve Finnish, Nordic and international clients who want to utilise technology in simplifying their business-critical services as well as use our advisory services for solving their business challenges.

Key for our growth will be continuing to win large BPO deals, increasing our market share in the SME space, expanding our advisory services and to increase the share of pure software sales.

About our leader Ulla Nikkanen, MD for Azets Finland and Estonia I have been with Azets since 2016, previously working for Fujitsu, Aditro, Ementor and ABB. I have enjoyed over 20 years of working in different positions including HR, consulting, business development and line management.

Our ambition in Finland is to grow the business both organically (approx. 5% per year) and through acquisitions and reach 100 MEUR revenue by the end of the strategy period. At the same time we want to be the preferred employer for our current and future employees, preferred partner for our clients and the forerunner in utilising technology.

Ambitious Growth Our ambition in Finland is to grow the business both organically and through acquisitions and reach 100 MEUR revenue by the end of the strategy period.

A major part of the annual 5% organic growth will be generated by increasing our market share in technology-driven BPO services as well as in pure software sales.

In addition, the share of advisory services will be gradually increased and the service offering broadened. M&A focus will be in advisory, technology and property management companies as well as selected bolt-ons for the BPO business. We will: • Win large BPO deals • Increase market share in SME space • Expand and develop advisory services (legal, ESG, M&A, financial advisory) • Increase the share of pure software sales • Acquire advisory, technology and property management companies as well as selected bolt-ons for the BPO business

Effective Technology Technology: Our services are based on the best technologies and products in the market combined with high-quality implementation, integration and automation capabilities. We are a forerunner in automation and will: • Provide offerings combining best of breed software with best practice processes • Build segment-based delivery platforms like global accounting • Consolidate and upgrade production platforms according to technology strategy • Deliver RPA and AI implementations both in Azets and customer processes • Improved customer interaction

Operational Excellence Our service delivery is based on automated and standardised processes and utilisation of our expertise regardless of the geographical location. Automation will play a major role in improving the profitability. The level of automation in our core services is already high, but we aim to utilise the newest automation tools like AI and RPA even more extensively. We will focus on: • Core services and tools fitted for the customer segment needs delivered through best-practice processes • Operations model and process development based on continuous improvement • Combining the best parts of in-country delivery and nearshoring • Strong focus on quality and compliance

Personalised Client Service We are known for our quality and excellent customer service as demonstrated by our NPS score of 30 and want to retain and further develop that strength in order to serve our clients even better. For us, personal customer service means high quality service that feels personal but is not dependent on a single person.

We will achieve this through: • Further development of advisory services • Further development of BI offering supporting clients business and our specialists in their advisory role • Improved utilisation of NPS feedback through technology • Digitalised tools supporting customer interaction
