DYES TEXTILE WITHOUT WATER

REVOLUTIONARY METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF TOWELS WITH 0% WATER USAGE IS IMPLEMENTED IN INDUSTRIAL VOLUMES.

The innovative technology, by which for textile dyeing is not used neither one liter water and accordingly neither a drop of water will be polluted, is settled as process in our factory in Bulgaria end of 2019. The idea is realized with support of European Union program.

After few years trials, we have the pleasure to present first produced in industrial conditions Watersave terry towels. Their look, functionality and characteristics are similar to the traditional product group. In some points even better – extreamly high water absorbency have all Watersave towels. They cover standard colorfastness parameters, but pastel and light colors are mostly recommended. Home textile trends keeping also soft color chart, so our Watersave towels collection is not only eco-friendly, but fashionable.

Quality guarantee about successful dyed Watersave towels, we got from one of leading Swiss producer for dye sta . Technologists from both companies worked together hard for developing of dye sta , which react without water and decorate special constructed for this textile structure.

Behind the innovative Watersave technology stands not only unique textile structure and dye sta , but machine lines with very specific way of configuration and acting. All this is kept as top secret, as it is also in Patent procedure.

What this means for the environment: imagine now, that for dyeing process of only 160 kg towels, factories using 50 l water per kg or with our revolution technology we save 8000 l water, when dye 300 pcs bath towels.

Production line, which will work under Watersave technology will be with 30 tones monthly capacity

Now we are able not only to think for our Earth, but to be part of the actions, which can keep its recources for new generations.

We don’t say, that big step is done, but do believe, that it is one of many small moves to the right way.
