EARTHEN CONSTRUCTION HUNNARSHALA

(I.D.E.A) (Group work )

This workshop was held in collabortion with Hunnarshala institue in Kutch, Gujarat. The program collaborated students from semester II, III And IX The initiative of the program was to do hands on study on earthen construction which included rammed earth construction, wattle and daub construction, adobe bricks making and construction, and cesb brick making and construction. Along with this the program also included catinary vaults, arches and domes.

After the workshop, a publication was also made in the name of Indus University. The publication involves all the documentation of the study which was done there along with details and studies of the building of the institute.
