The Living Room is the core essence of this house, where space opens in many senses to liberate the mind & allowing family members to stay close & continue most of daily activities in this place together.

Living Room faces lawn for visual pleasure of green landscaping. It is also a Partially Double heighted space.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN

Patio connects to dining & master bed, gives a visual pleasure & adds to spatial quality. Special features will form a part of such spaces.

Dining Room is an open space to celebrate togetherness of family, opposite to kitchen.

Powder room is in reach of residents during their time spent in the living room as it is the most active place in the house. As for guests it is also close by.

Drawing room is positioned to keep privacy of the residents while visiting guests can be seated without having to interrupt rest of the household. Size & scale of this room is reasonable yet accommodating at least 10 persons at a time. It has not been assigned a large chunk of space as such guests visit less often & ally functions of house require more space.

Entry of house by Deck, Steps & Veranda and a wide door. These have been combined in a way to give a first modern & welcoming feel into the house.

Entrance of the Residence through gate & porch is wide enough to accommodate 2 sedan type cars, with sufficient space to allow opening of doors & movement of residents around them.
