Due to the high percentage of young people in Egypt, the government is unable to provide the number of jobs commensurate with the number of young people, which necessitated searching for another way to provide job opportunities for these young people that are more effective and creative and commensurate with their energy and enthusiasm.
Therefore, the goal was to provide a youth platform that allows the youth of Egypt and the world to exchange ideas and understand global challenges by creating informal educational spaces that provide a creative work environment to develop the skills required by the labor market and exchange experiences with those who preceded them in this path and providing platforms for dialogue and open spaces, internal and external, to work and exchange experiences and ideas.
in addition to providing a creative environment to start or develop their projects to keep pace with the global market by supporting them and facilitating the process of communication with companies and funding agencies for small projects, which paves the way for the project to become a commercial mark.

Mass Forming
The mass is an abstraction of the project's slogan, "Your way to the world," as the phrase suggests growth, progression, and improving.
which formed a mass that is referred to as "Architecture Boxes Stacked" and this approach supports the design idea as it provides the possibility of creating open spaces in each level and in all directions, which is what youth need.

Ground Floor Plan
Designers have seemed to understand that the workplace doesn't have to only serve as an environment for work; it should inspire, increases creativity, and reduces stress. Which is likable to those who work in it. Traditional crowded classrooms are no longer preferred. The need for natural lighting, a balance of private and collaborative workspace is now the mainstream.

Youth use public spaces as much, if not more, than anyone else. However, most of the time they are not included in the process of creating public spaces and they end up 'hanging out' elsewhere. some communities do not care about the importance of "hanging out" for youth ignoring that it can be good and beneficial, which affects youth, especially those who are at risk. But by involving them in youth-friendly spaces, it is possible that they feel invested in their communities and developing a strong sense of ownership in these spaces.

Revit-Photoshop-Illustrator encouraging and supporting youth has a great impact not only on the youth themselves, but also on society and, by extension, the country. They can act as the wheels of economic growth of the country, as their activity raises the productivity of firms and economies. This will make Egypt a strong competitor and secure our position on the world economic map. Entrepreneurship especially strengthens the sense of responsibility and courage of the youth. It enriches society with important qualities that lead to an increase in productivity. Egypt has a great history, but history alone is not enough in today's world. The present is where countries are developing rapidly, and our youth need to know the job market intimately in order to keep up with it and develop themselves.
We were all brought up on the saying, “A healthy mind resides in a healthy body" so it was always the environment has to be healthy for people to be creative. One of the most important good effects on health, which raises the performance of the individual is green areas and plants in general. Therefore, the terraces that resulted from the stacked architecture approach were used to be full of plants and green walls were also used, which is also called vertical farming.
