Highlights
Axis delivered communal repairs and decoration to a residential property comprising 31 flats and 2 guest rooms along St Ann’s Road in West London, in partnership with Notting Hill Genesis. The project included repairs and redecoration to communal areas, 2 guest rooms, renewal of patio doors and external works in the garden.
Validation and asbestos surveys were initially conducted. Internal works included cleaning of metal ceiling grilles, full carpet cleaning, repainting of walls, columns and timber surfaces, and a lighting upgrade to support energy efficiency. Guestrooms were redecorated from the walls to the ceilings as well as renewing the carpet. In the garden area, every patio slab was lifted and re-bedded, benches were repaired and redecorated, and moss was cleared.
