Project Details
CLC was awarded a three-year kitchen and bathroom replacement contract with Abri Group (formerly Silva Homes) through the Fusion21 Building & Asset Improvement Works Framework, following a competitive tender process.
The project, covering 444 properties across Bracknell and Ascot, included both houses and flats, with 376 kitchen refurbishments and 203-bathrooms, 132 of which included aids and adaptations.
As the partnership grew, the scope of work expanded to include voids and reactive repairs.
