Our Projects for the NHS and their Trusts

Laurence Austin, Axis Site Manager, managed his contractors very well and instilled in them safe working, managing their environment and tools whilst working in a difficult challenging area. Working with people with mental health problems can be very difficult as their personalities can change regularly... Laurence was friendly and respectful toward the female patients and his persona enabled him to build a rapport with them whilst respecting their right to privacy and dignity. Laurence ensured that the standard of work remained high, and the schedule of work was adhered to and achieved.
