Established in 2003 by local entrepreneur Richard Hart, this family-run business has expanded steadily over time.

In recent years, the company has expanded its range and is now a nationwide installer of luxury automated pergolas and outdoor kitchens. 2005

Aqua Warehouse is Established

Established in 2003 by local entrepreneur Richard Hart, this familyrun business has expanded steadily over time. Based in Chelmsford, Essex, we are one of the UK’s leading retailers of hot tubs, swim spas and outdoor living products.

Appointed UK Distributor for Vita Spa

In 2005, we became the official UK distributor of Vita Spas . Made in the USA since 1974, this established range of hot tubs and swim spas added quality and choice to Aqua Warehouse’s product selection.

Moved to Current Location in Chelmsford

In 2004, we moved to our current location in Chelmsford, Essex. These new larger premises provided more space to showcase our amazing range of products.

First Exhibition at Spatex Trade Show

Aqua Warehouse made its debut at SPATEX in 2008. The company showcased it’s full range of hot tubs attracting attention from visitors and industry professionals alike. This successful showing paved the way for Aqua Warehouse to become an annual exhibitor at SPATEX.

2014 Aqua Spa Supplies is Established

In 2014, we launched our own online business Aqua Spa Supplies, specializing in selling high-quality accessories for hot tubs. With its vast selection of products and excellent customer service, Aqua Spa Supplies has quickly become a trusted source for hot tub and swim spa owners.

2015 Appointed European Distributor for End2End

In 2015, we became the official European distributor for End2End covers. These rollaway covers for swim spas offer effective heat retention, saving on energy costs. Designed for ease-of-use and convenience, these covers are manufactured in the USA using strong and durable materials.

Appointed European Distributor for Covana

In 2015, we were appointed the European distributor for Covana automated cover systems. Manufactured in Canada, these fully automated covers provide a simple, secure and safe solution for the hot tub and swim spa owner.

Became a Member of BISHTA

In 2019, we became a member of The British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association (BISHTA). As a member of this trade organisation we benefit from ongoing staff training and access to the latest industry guidelines and standards.

2020

Reef Spas is Launched

In 2020, we launched our own-brand of premium hot tubs and swim spas. Reef Spas offer a wide range of great value hot tubs and swim spas without ever compromising on style and quality. Created by our own team of experts the brand has quickly gained recognition for its innovative designs and feature-rich models.

2021

Remanso is Launched

In 2021, we introduced Remanso Luxury Pergolas to the UK market. Available in five sizes with automatic louvred roof and options such as fully automatic blinds or integrated glass sliding doors. This innovative addition to our outdoor living portfolio provides customers with the ultimate outdoor relaxation space, regardless of the weather conditions.

Winner of Showroom of the Year at Pool & Spa Awards

After an extensive showroom refurbishment in 2021 we were delighted to receive recognition for the design by winning the prestigious award for “Indoor Showroom of the Year” at the annual Pool & Spa Awards.

2021

Energi Air Source Heat Pump is Launched

In 2022, we launched Energi Air Source Heat Pumps with a mission to reduce the daily running costs for hot tubs and swim spa owners. Air source heat pump technology harnesses energy from the air to heat water, saving both energy and money.

2022

Appointed UK Distributor for Vibes by USSPA

In 2023, Aqua Warehouse was appointed as the official UK distributor for Vibes by USSPA. This unique range of hot tubs combine stylish looks with quality features. The Vibes range promises to offer an unforgettable experience, allowing customers to relax and unwind in style.

Aqua Warehouse Celebrates 20 years

2023 marks the 20th anniversary of Aqua Warehouse. This incredible milestone highlights our dedication to providing exceptional service and quality products to our customers. Over the past two decades we have grown to become a trusted name in the hot tub and outdoor living industry.

Appointed UK Distributor for USSPA

In 2023, we announced a partnership with USSPA, a Czech Republic manufacturer of premium swim spas. The highlight of this product range is the option of an integrated automatic cover system (ACS) that can be opened and closed with the push of a button. This unique feature is not only convenient, but also adds to the safety and energy efficiency of the pool.

New Showroom Extension

We continue to expand, our latest enhancement to the showroom is a new swim spa showroom which features models from USSPA, Reef and Vita Spas. Every swim spa is available for customers to “wettest”, which is highly recommended when choosing your perfect swim spa.

Aqua Warehouse offer an annual service program as recommended by the manufacturer to ensure your hot tub or swim spa is working safely, efficiently and at peak performance. Regular servicing helps prevent breakdowns and protects your investment against long term problems. All service work is carried out by our professional and accredited technicians, who all have a wealth of knowledge.

Our hot tubs and swim spa are built to last. Several of our clients have enjoyed theirs for over 15 years. Should the need for a replacement part arise, you can be confident that we maintain a ready stock, ensuring a swift resolution to any issue.

Our showroom in Chelmsford which is conveniently open 7 days has a wide choice of maintenance chemicals, filters, and accessories available for in-store collection. Our friendly sales team are always on-hand to offer any water treatment advice. Alternatively, customers can order products online via our own dedicated website Aqua Spa Supplies which offers next day delivery.
