ur company was founded in 1994 by the late Emmanuel S. Mmbando. The late Mr.Mmbando had a simple vision of diversified general contracting firm distinguishing by integrity, quality work, attention to details, on-time completion, strong working partnership and the recruitment of top level staff. His commitment to quality, integrity and service to customers has been continued by his successors at Grey investments and has helped the company to be at par with local companies in terms of standards of performance and quality deliverance.

And, with his long-term vision, vast experience and successful management from the founder, today Grey investments has developed to become one of the prestigious construction company in Tanzania with its field of activities including housing complexes, banks and business centres, all types of administrative, commercial and industrial building and factory buildings.

Today, the company and each of its staff members uphold its founder’s vision to provide valuable services to clients.
