What’s happening at Whitecliff
Another really exciting piece of news is that Whitecliff Bay is going to have a completely new holiday home – the first of its type in the UK, and we are really excited about it, we know it will rock! Taking inspiration from great British rock music, the ‘Rockstar’ holiday home will pay homage to our country’s best and biggest rock legends, with an interior décor that has more than a hint of country chic. These holiday homes will provide an unforgettable and unique experience, the perfect pad for any rockstar!
A very Happy new year to you all! I hope that you had a great festive break and that 2018 has got off to great start. This year is going to be a brilliant one at Whitecliff Bay and we have got some exciting news to share with you about some new additions to the park. Thanks to a £1 million investment by our owners, Away Resorts, there is going to be 45 new holiday homes and lodges, 40 of which will be for sale, on the Crosswinds development. Some of the new holiday homes and lodges will also have their very own hot tubs – the perfect place to unwind and watch the world go by.
We’ve got some very exciting events coming up park wide this year. But to keep you in the loop with all the new developments, we are hosting exclusive events just for you. These are to meet our holiday homes sales team, have a chat about our 2018 plans and the new holiday homes that are for sale, here are some dates for your diaries: Join us for a cream tea from 3-4 February, love is in the air with a Valentine’s Weekend from 1011 February. We’ve got Indian Weekend on 17-18 February and an American theme to our the weekend of 24-25 February rounds off our winter warmer events. So make sure you pop in and have a chat. The Nab Bar and our fantastic outdoor pool are going to get a mini makeover during the winter. The Nab Bar is having a refresh, which will include the reconfiguration of the seating and space in the bar. This will ensure that more guests can enjoy the breath-taking views of the bay in comfort. There will be some renovations to existing holiday homes and the addition of a brand new holiday home that can cater for disabled guests.

Once again, as we do every year, can we please remind our owners to pop into Guest Services when you are next on park to check your contact details with us. It might be that you have moved address, changed your telephone number or e-mail address over the winter and we need to know. Sometimes we need to get messages or updates out to you quickly either by a text message or e-mail, so it is important we have the right details on file so you don’t miss out on relevant park information.
A Warm Welcome A very warm welcome to Chaz, our new Holiday Home Ownership manager. Chaz has been in the industry for ten years now, working in different parks across the UK, so comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist you with any questions you may have about Ownership. Chaz enjoys spending time with his family on the beach so we hope he’ll feel very at home at Whitecliff Bay!
