Health & safety Any Owner that requires contractors to visit them on Park will need to be authorised by Stacey Taylor. Please call Guests Services to obtain the necessary paperwork and to find out more. Welcome back to a new season at Barmouth Bay.
Contact details Once again, as we do every year, can we please remind our owners to pop into Guest Services when you are next on park to check your contact details with us. It might be that you have moved address, changed your telephone number or e-mail address over the winter and we need to know. Sometimes we need to get messages or updates out to you quickly either by a text message or e-mail so it is important we have the right details so you don’t miss out on relevant park information.

Just a small reminder that for same day delivery on gas bottles they need to be ordered by 3pm and is available 7 days a week. We have found that it’s always helpful to have a spare full bottle to hand so that when one runs out you can use the other and then you wont ever have to go without.

Pitch Licence Clinic Owners whose licence is due to expire between now and 2020 we will be holding a “what are my options” clinic on Saturday 18th March and Saturday 25th March. Call to make a personal appointment.

You should have received a letter from Leisure Days Insurance recently letting you know your insurance was due for renewal. If you haven’t done so already you must provide us with a copy of your certificate to be held on your file. Please bring your insurance details to guest services so the team can take a copy of your certificate and update our records. It is part of your licence agreement that your caravan must be insured to be on the park.

Life made easy Don't forget you can find out about Owners events and pay your bills online on your Owners account. You should have had the login details for this, if not please pop into Guest Services and ask.
Myself and the team will be on the park for any queries that you have and will be happy to help so please do pop in to say hi when you’re around. We’re looking forward to a fabulous season for 2017.

Improvements Please find enclosed a pitch alteration pack for you to read through. We seem to find ourselves speaking to more and more owners regarding making amendments to their pitches and areas around their caravans. We remind you that any modifications, additions or alterations to your pitch or land around your holiday home must be agreed in writing first before any work commences. Ensure any contractors or workman have adequate Liability Insurance cover and provide a copy to the Park Management before starting work. Any contractor must have public liability insurance and other insurances. They are obligated to provide copies of these, alongside risk assessments and method statements to the park before starting any work on our property. Should they not be able to provide evidence, we have the right to ask them to leave the park and stop working.
We would kindly ask you to come in and chat with us before purchasing sheds or outside storage boxes. Due to health and safety reasons and park regulations there are certain types that are not permitted at Barmouth Bay however we will be happy to point you in the right direction if you want to pop in and discuss with a member of the team.
