Standard Terms and Conditions

RETURNS: Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 15 days from receipt of merchandise. Unopened stock merchandise may be returned for credit or refund less 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on any items that are personalized, including USBC National and USBC Local/State logos. Goods damaged during shipment or defective merchandise will be replaced at no cost to the

consumer. (Determination made based on value for return authorization.) All damage claims must be made with 5 working days of receipt of merchandise. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of personalized items cannot be accepted once production has begun. PRODUCTION TIME: Approximate production times vary for each item. Time starts after we receive an order with approved artwork and does not include time in shipment. SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Deliveries within the continental U.S. may take up to 6 working days (Monday through Friday only). Time in transit is calculated after production is completed based on production times. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. For International orders outside of the contiguous, Call for a quote.

TAXES: Sales tax will be added to all orders from the state of Alabama (4%). PRICING: The Award Company of America reserves the right to change or correct any errors in pricing or descriptions of products and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on incorrect price or description. Product and service prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Any changes made to an order once it has been finalized will incur a $25 charge. All orders for items on pp. 19-37 require full payment upon order placement.

For Express Delivery (2-3 Business Days) add $30 to total shipping cost. For Rush Delivery (1-2 Business Days) add $40 to total shipping cost. Additional shipping charges may be required for certain items due to size and weight (greater than 50 lbs. gross weight). Call 1.800.633.6350 for pricing questions or quotes. LTL freight quotes to be determined based on shipping weight and zone.

Art Requirements

USBC STATE/LOCAL LOGOS: For state/local logos, artwork must be approved by USBC National prior to ordering. See page 04 for more details. For all other logos, see below. NON-USBC LOGOS: We can accept personal orders that may not be applicable to a USBC National or Local/State logo. Please call 1.800.633.6350 for further details.
