Group Order Specifications & Conditions

How Group Buy Works?

ACA will collect association orders for USBC Achievement Awards (pp. 29-37) until May 15, 2023. After May 15, ACA will consolidate the orders from the 3,000 USBC associations and report back with final quantities and pricing for these items by May 31, 2023, via e-mail.

For each product where “group price” is shown, orders from all associations will be joined together to form one order priced at the volume achieved for all associations. This provides all associations the opportunity to greatly reduce the cost of awards. Group volume will be shown weekly on our website, cumulative for each product until May 15, 2023.

Group order manufacturing will begin June 1, 2023. All group orders will be shipped starting in September 2023 and completed by October 2023. All orders taken after May 15, 2023, will be shipped in October after group orders have been fulfilled.

Individual pricing will be used for all new orders and reorders made later than May 15, 2023.

For group price, if minimum group order is not met at lowest quantity, price defaults to individual price bracket.

Payment terms for group orders are effective May 31, 2023. All USBC State/Local Logo orders require full (100%) payment on May 25, 2023. All USBC National Logo orders require 50% payment on May 25, 2023 and 50% payment when order ships.

USBC Logo Guidelines & Standards

The approved USBC National Logo comes standard on all items on pp. 28-37. Approved USBC State/Local Logos are available at an increased rate where listed.

Any approved USBC logo may be used for items on pp. 07-26.

All USBC State/Local logos must have USBC National approval prior to order submission.

Unapproved logos will not be used, and final versions of approved logos will be provided by USBC National to ACA.

Logo layout and color is predetermined, and will be produced as shown, for items on pp. 20-23 and pp. 28-38. See images for samples. No changes to logo orientation or color will be accepted for these items.

This catalog offers a sampling of logo layouts below, both horizontal and vertical, and national and state/local. All logos available in standard USBC colors (shown below), white, or black.

Standard Terms and Conditions

RETURNS: Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 15 days from receipt of merchandise. Unopened stock merchandise may be returned for credit or refund less 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on any items that are personalized, including USBC National and USBC Local/State logos. Goods damaged during shipment or defective merchandise will be replaced at no cost to the consumer. (Determination made based on value for return authorization.) All damage claims must be made with 5 working days of receipt of merchandise.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of personalized items cannot be accepted once production has begun.

PRODUCTION TIME: Approximate production times vary for each item. Time starts after we receive an order with approved artwork and does not include time in shipment.

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Deliveries within the continental U.S. may take up to 6 working days (Monday through Friday only). Time in transit is calculated after production is completed based on production times. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. For International orders outside of the contiguous, Call for a quote.
