More than enough Dumpling Wrappers Bowl Full of Ground Pork Equal Amount of Taiwanese Cabbage Just enough ginger a whole lot of green onion a Dash of soy sauce A couple Swirls of sesame oil generous sprinkle of white pepper

DIPPING SAUCE:

Minced Garlic 2 parts Black Vinegar 1 part soy sauce A little bit of sesame oil
