SPORTS AWARDS DINNER
Our top sporting teams and individuals were honoured on Friday at our annual Sports Awards Dinner held in the Avondale College Theatre. A highlight of the evening was hearing from Blackcaps (and Avondale College alumni) Jeet Raval and Ajaz Patel, who inspired the audience with stories of their journey from Avondale's 1st XI to the New Zealand cricket team. Congratulations to all who received awards, and in particular to Liam Stolberger and Grace Nweke who won the Jason Twigg Trophies for the Most Outstanding Achievement in Sport for 2019!
