Exercise Studio

Close by, barbecues are available for residents to cater for friends and family, before settling in around the firepit to watch the glow of the embers as evening descends.
Meeting rooms
Designed to be both functional and attractive, The Clubhouse features meeting rooms available for bookings, making it especially convenient for residents who are still working and those who are actively involved in volunteering and community work.

Grand Dining Room
Vantage Bloomdale’s Grand Dining Room is the ideal spot for large community and group events, seated dining, and celebrating special occasions on a grand scale.
Offering direct access to a self-serve BYO bar and a large domestic-style kitchen – complete with oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, workbenches and dry storage space – residents may book the space for private functions or drop in and use the amenities as they wish.

The Vantage Theatre
With its large-format screen and lavish seating, the movie theatre brings a luxury cinema experience to Vantage Bloomdale.
Providing a self-serve bar, popcorn machine and tiered seating for around 35 people, the cinema hosts weekly screenings, from old favourites to newer releases, and can be booked by residents for their own movie events.
Games Room
With its pool tables, dart boards and games tables, the Games Room sets the scene for friendly rivalry.
When you’re in the mood to take a swing, but don’t have the time to get out on the fairway, the exclusive indoor golf simulator can be accessed anytime, or booked for a particular session.
Here, you will also be able to enjoy a bowling simulator, so you will have plenty of activities to choose from.

Community Garden

The Fitness Zone

If you’d rather just stroll or cycle, a network of walking and bike paths weave their way through the neighbourhood to connect with trails through the wider Diggers Rest community.
Residents and their guests are welcome to use all the sports facilities via the dedicated booking system.
Off-Leash Dog Park

Community Management Team
The dedicated management team of Community Manager and Caretaker are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly, works properly and looks stunning – now and for years to come. The Community Manager looks after all operational and administrative aspects of the community, while the caretaker is in charge of maintaining the facilities, gardens, streetscapes and public areas.

Resort-style living for over 50s isn’t confined to premium amenities. Residents will also be able to access the online concierge service on their mobile phone at any time, from anywhere. Keep up to date with the latest announcements, amenity information and events, all in one place.
