We had another disappointing experience during our visit to Astra Tower on Wednesday, November 13th We had scheduled an appointment for 2:30 PM, which was confirmed the previous day However, at 12:30 PM, we called to inquire if we could shift the time to 1:30 PM instead, specifically to view the amenities The concierge mentioned that the leasing agent we were assigned to was in a meeting but had availability from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM, and he would need to confirm with the agent before calling me back. Unfortunately, we did not receive any follow-up communication, so proceeded to the property at around 1:30 PM.
Upon arrival, we checked in, and the concierge, upon seeing our name, apologized, stating she had forgotten to inform the leasing agent, Mark, about our call. She then went to check if he was available to take me for the tour. After waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes, we noticed the leasing agent from our previous visit was in the building, conversing with the doorman, suggesting that she was free to conduct the tour as well However, we were not offered her assistance
Eventually, the concierge returned and asked for the type of unit we were interested in. We explained that we had already toured units last month with Avenue5 and were now focused on seeing the amenities. She made a phone call to Mark and returned to inform us that the elevators were down and, unfortunately, a tour could not take place that day. She suggested we return on another occasion.
This experience was frustrating and a significant waste of time. We intend to try visiting requesting the GM within the coming weeks, and hope to see the amenity spaces
