From the French Riviera, following the reopening of his flagship three Michelin-starred restaurant Mirazur, Chef Mauro Colagreco returns to Florie’s, his only restaurant in the United States, located at the Five-Star, Five-Diamond Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. From May 18 to 20, 2022, the chef recently recognized as Best of the Best in The World's 50 Best Restaurant awards will host a series of experiences that celebrate his "cuisine without borders," respectful of nature. The journey begins at the oceanfront Four Seasons, honouring one of his favourite themes – the sea – with two memorable evenings at Florie’s before hosting an intimate garden-to-table soirée
