"This past summer, I had the opportunity to intern at the highest state court in New York—The New York Court of Appeals. The Office of Professional Development (OPD) played a significant role in helping me obtain this internship. Solo practitioner is looking for a part-time work study intern for the fall semester to conduct project based research and legal writing. Duties would include scanning, preparing documents and pleadings, filing and recording documents. Interest in Elder Law and Estate Planning would be a plus.
