Villas are the ideal housing option for students with families. Their spacious floor plans provide a comfortable living arrangement for spouses and children.

The garage and laundry make it easier to store items and leaves the parents more flexibility for washing clothes than in the apartments.

Other benefits of living on-campus for families is the proximity of the public park, Vineyards Elementary, the beach and Publix.

Our one-bedroom model is very spacious and accommodating with 1.5 bathrooms.

Preference may be to married couples or individuals requiring accommodations. There are only 7 of these units on campus, and there is usually a waiting list, so apply early if you have a preference for this unit.

These units are located near the stairs, and have very nice natural light coming in through the many windows. The floor plan resembles that of the larger two-bedroom apartment, but with a smaller footprint.
