CONTRACT TRAINING IN ENGLISH LAW FOR COMMERCIAL LAWYERS 3 APRIL 2014 This seminar provides the commercial lawyer with an introduction to the main concepts of English contract law. It enables the delegates to familiarise themselves with the elements of a contract and to better understand how the English Law operates. A sample contract will be used and there will be an opportunity for interactive exercises to stimulate discussion and comparison between applicable laws.
