Paying Your Rent ResidentPortal is available on both the App Store and Google Play & works seamlessly with Amazon Alexa!
1. Login to your Avant ResidentPortal.
2. Go to the Payment tab & select Auto Payments

3. Enter your rent amount
4. Add your payment method
5. Payment Day should always be the 1st
6. Select your payment start month
7. End - Until I cancel or Move out
8. Save your Auto Payment

1. Login to your Avant Resident Portal.
2. Go to the Payment tab and select Make Payment

3. Ensure the amount entered corresponds with the amount stated on your lease.
4. Add your payment method. *Note: Pre-authorized debit is free, there is a charge for using credit/debit
5. Add a note that the payment is for last month’s rent deposit
