No more time-wasting, just dependable staff We strictly pre-screen our candidates’ experience, qualifications, references, criminal record (DBS) and English communication skills, so you gain staff who are ready and eager to work. General nursing staff also have their diplomas verified and are registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK. We also make sure staff from the European Union are well-settled into the UK and familiar with the day-to-day operations of a British care home.
Fair rates for all All our staff are employed and paid by us - fairly and well above national minimum wage. Our typical rates start at *£11.75 per hour for care assistants and *£19.75 per hour for qualified nurses. You can hire our staff on short, medium or long term contracts, free from the administrative burden of PAYE, NI, tax and holidays. Innovative training in high quality care To achieve outstanding care for service users, we’ve now fully adopted the Care Certificate standard into our specialist training programme. All our staff are trained in medical procedures, incorporating the 15 standards of the Care Certificate. Trained by our qualified trainers at our dedicated training facility in Leeds, each standard is underpinned by full learning outcomes and assessment for continual professional development (CPD). It’s certified proof that all our care workers have the requisite skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe and high quality care and support. That’s in addition to our standard induction training which covers crucial knowledge every good care assistant should have, like safeguarding, infection control and emergency first aid. All this means you can be confident that all of our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to provide compassionate, safe and high quality care and support.
