Abstract.
Additive manufacturing makes possible to move away from the traditional manufacturing system that has been developed in the past, where the originality and the personalization of the products has been avoided in the interests of a lower production cost and a greater benefit.

The objective of this paper is to reflect the potential of additive manufacturing in architecture and its possible applications. The concern for sustainability and the search for an architecture that incorporates nature into their projects in a natural way has caused the chosen application to be landscaped facades developed with additive manufacturing.
This search will be developed through a bibliographical research focused on techniques, construction materials and prefabricated elements that will be complemented with another experimental character where a modular prototype printed with additive manufacturing for ventilated landscaped facades is developed.
The experimental research will help to detect the problems of the technique and will allow establishing a series of conclusions to assess the viability of the additive manufacturing in the architecture and its possible applications through the proposal of future lines of research.
