Dr. Oscar Pelaez MR. OSCAR PELAEZ is the Apostle and founder of Christ Ministries International (CMI) andCMI American University. He is pastoring the Ministry with his wife, Prophet. Maria Pelaez, in New Jersey.

Also, He is the father of two Adults, Steven, and Sharon Pelaez, and three children, Meghan, Danny, and Liam. Besides, Mr. Pelaez has a Doctoral Degree in Ministry and Christian Education from World Christian University, Miami, Fl. Also, he has a bachelor’s degree in Sciences Psychologist from Colorado Christian University, Co. Also, he has an Associate Degree in Computer Sciences “Networking” from ITT Technical Institute, Dunmore, PA. Besides, the three in a half-year of Accounting from the University of Santiago De Cali, Colombia, has given him the accounting principles to pursue his master’s in taxation at Rutgers University, New Jersey.

His final goal is to raise professionals with a Kingdom Mentality throughout the online University “CMI American University.”

He gives all the glory and honor to the Lord Jesus for all his achievements in life.

The God of the Second Chances The Crown of Power “And the soldiers twisted a crown of thorns and put it on His head, and they put on Him a purple robe. Then they said, “Hail, King of the Jews!” And they struck Him with their hands.” John 19:2-3 Many people need to see the spilling of blood from Jesus’ head through the eyes of God the Father. He needed to spill blood from his head for us to receive the renewal of our minds.

Jesus said in Mat. 26:42, ‘Again, a second time, He went away and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, your will be done.”

He said those words when He was at the hill of Gethsemane. A cup is used to share joy or success, not the incomparable pain and sorrow that He suffered to seal the victory for all humankind. When a person does not understand that revelation, that sometimes grief and pain must first be felt before the joy of success; most of all, that person is not ready for the next level of breakthrough. Behind every “Crown of Glory,” there is a battle that first must be won in the way we think every single day.

“As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” Jesus came to his people expecting them to have a godlier mentality because they were a chosen generation of God. They were a generation that knew the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. But it was not as He expected; instead, he found that they had the spirit of religiosity. That is the spirit that the devil used to kill Jesus. That spirit was in the way they thought.

The scriptures say in the book of Romans 12:2, “and be not conformed to this world, but the renewing of your mind transforms ye.”
