“the sustainable and ethical practice of agriculture and active conservation of the natural environment are vital if our world is to survive in a form recognisable to us. i am inspired by the many small agricultural producers adopting holistic sustainable management techniques raising their animals and birds in family groups on genuinely free range pasture. likewise i hugely admire those who tirelessly work to preserve the endangered birds, animals and plants across this magical planet.

My paintings are an attempt to portray the beautiful diversity and individuality of the animals and birds caught up in these turbulent times. all life is truly unique and deserves our unreserved respect and support, i hope my efforts might encourage others to think likewise.�
