WINTER TRACK

“Wait ... wait... after this song.”

Despite a 3-6 record this past season, the Winter Track team had a lot of talent. Sean Innes scored the most points for the team, consistently winning the High Jump and teaming up with his speedy counterpart Ari Kolker in the 300. Scott Freitas was a sure five points in the 600, while Henry Quarles starred in the 1000, winning the league title at the end of the season. In the distance events, the feared combination of Kevin Kerrigan and Mike Faria racked in the points. Junior Mike Grealish always did well in the shotput. The relay team of Kolker, Innes, Freitas and Quarles was among the finest in the league.

Front Row: Al Costa, Kevin Kerrigan, Henry Quarles, Sean Innes, Scott Freitas, Ari Kolker, Mike Murphy; Back Row: Bob Linehan, Ryan Churchill, Chris Stitsel, Mike Grealish, Ed Campbell, Pete Goldberg, Coach Dave Donovan; Not in Picture: Mike Faria, Sean Devlin, Asst. Coach Kevin Cuff.
