Red tape protects you By: Gwen Bosman This This red tape protects you when applying for a personal loan Most people need a little financial help from time to time, whether it is to meet a school or university's registration deadline, repair a car or even do some urgent home renovation.

W

hatever the reason, applying for a personal loan should be reasonably quick and straightforward if you know and understand the process. South Africa has strict lending laws in the form of the National Credit Act. The law aims to provide clarity throughout the lending process, protect both lenders and consumers, and ensure you are informed about and understand your rights. The Act puts most of the responsibility on the credit provider to carefully check that the person who is applying can afford the loan. This means following a series of steps including confirming your credit score, income, other debt you may have, how much you owe compared to what you earn and any other expenses.

Keep in mind that one cult leader, 2000 years ago, would speak to anyone who would listen but he granted his most sacred attention to his 12 closest disciples. You can add to this compromise by having “special times” when you are not accessible to anyone. You can tell people that you are meditating, or doing your “spiritual practice” but you don't have to say anything. It's the mystery of why you are absent that you want to cultivate.

Maseru- SADC Facilitator and South African Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa today Friday 19 August 2016 paid a working visit to the Kingdom of Lesotho in pursuit of his SADC mandate to assist the country to consolidate peace and security.

3. Imply Secret Knowledge The role of simply remaining calm and silent will recur again in this essay so I can't understate it. Here is where silence is worth a 1000 words. Saying things like “Hmmm... There are 100 possible solutions to that within your own mind.” and nothing else implies things that you know and that they should know.

4. Remaining calm as if allknowing Any sharp change in your emotional state, with the exception of joy and laughter, should be minimized. Any leader/teacher who goes on an angry rant is demonstrating their own lack of control. If you truly have control it should be demonstrated by an unshakable calm as if everything is happening just as you knew it would. I've always remembered that the scariest martial artist are the ones that don't talk or threaten... they calmly do what they have to do and walk away. 5. Create a detached involvement as if “you” are in a “higher place” In doing this people will look to you as if there is something more to you than your mere physical presence. 6. Connect deeply with the individual Here rapport is vital. When you are with people you need to put aside all of your distractions, obligations and problems to focus completely on the person or people you to whom you are

The SADC Double Troika Summit held in June 2016 in Gaborone, Botswana, mandated Deputy President Ramaphosa among others to facilitate the return of opposition political party leaders back to Lesotho from South Africa.

During Friday's working visit the Facilitator, Deputy President Ramaphosa paid a courtesy call on His Majesty King Letsie III and held discussions with Prime Minister Phakalitha Mosisili and his Coalition Leaders. The Prime Minister and his coalition partners briefed Deputy President Ramaphosa among others about efforts to institute constitutional and security sector reforms. The Facilitator also met representatives of the opposition political parties, Christian Council of Lesotho, College of Chiefs and the family of the late Brigadier Maaparankoe Mahao. Deputy President Ramaphosa will table his report on consultations with various Lesotho's stakeholders to the SADC Summit of Heads of State and Government in Swaziland at the end of the month of August.

speaking. 7. “Chunk Up” whenever possible This may be a bit abstract to grasp but it's important to creating an appeal because it forces people to think in bigger terms. When you do consistently if gives the impression that you are always thinking bigger than them. “Chunking Up” is an NLP term that means referring to something that contains what is spoken about as a subset . It can also refer to something that controls or has a larger reach than the topic at hand. As an example when a person asks “Do you enjoy adult beverages?” a chunked up response would be “There are many adult pleasures I enjoy.” Here, “beverages” is a subset of “pleasures”. Another example : Statement: “I'll go with you if you promise to control yourself.” Response “I have no intention of controlling how much I enjoy myself.” Here “control” is a subset of “Enjoyment”. Siphumelele said “I had an ecstatic day and a memorable day with the CEO. I have learned new things about how the TVET Colleges operate. A Date with GOD Spiritual Warfare Training Lesson Three Obtaining the Authority to overcome all Evil! My friend, God through Jesus Christ, can overcome any and all of the evil in your life. Do you believe that? In this study we are dealing with and trying to understand some very deep spiritual concepts.

W

e reference the bible and teach specific bible verses. We do that because they are very important to grasp and eventually learn. You don't have to understand everything the first time through. Keep these teachings in a file and use them as an additional reference guide to The Biblical Spiritual Warfare Manual. Together they may save your life some day. After this lesson things are going to

loosen up somewhat as we start talking about prayers and application. But this lesson will set your foundation. In this lesson we are going examine the nature of God and how we can develop the type of relationship with Him that will empower us, through His Spirit, to overcome all evil Are you taking this seriously and getting yourself prepared to fight the good fight? If you are, when all this comes to an end, we who have been guaranteed salvation, thus born again, will be able to look back and be well satisfied, especially if we answer God's call on our lives.

We will then understand and praise Him even more! Always remember that in the last chapter of the Bible, GOD, you and I win!! If you make the decision to include yourself! Especially if you raise your hand and offer to be included as one member of the body of Christ that He can depend on for the days ahead. There is a war going on and it is coming to your town too, if it already hasn't. A spiritual war like this world has never seen.

different now and the battle lines are getting easier to define and the enemy is getting empowered and bolder. We have all been taught that we must have faith to succeed as a Christian. Faith is one of the primary tenets of our Christian religion. In this lesson we are taking a look at: "How can we develop the type of faith that will cause the evil one and all his demons to flee from us"?

Under normal times we Christians were always expected to be strong and to be bold in our faith. We have always been under spiritual attack because of our beliefs and the changing norms of society. But it is getting

In order to develop the type of faith that we will need, we are going to have to believe. believe that God IS and that only He has the power and authority to overcome all that we are exposed too in these final days. We need to establish our faith on THE

ROCK! The Rock of Strength, Power and Authority. Jesus Christ! Phi 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. The wise man built his house (faith) upon the Rock-Jesus Christ through His Word! Yes, we need to believe that only He, Jesus Christ, Yeshua, has the power and authority to make all of creation tremble at His command. Here is a wonderful short video teaching on God's strength that I recommend you watch. http://thejosephplan.org/stren gth-a-bible-study/

gates of Heaven, where St. Peter and the Devil were standing nearby. "Gentlemen," the Devil started, "Due to the fact that Heaven is now overcrowded, St. Peter has agreed to limit the number of people entering Heaven. If anyone of you can ask me a question which I don't know or cannot answer, then you're worthy enough to go to Heaven; if not, then you'll come with me to Hell." The philosopher then stepped up, "OK, give me the most comprehensive report on Socrates' Socrates' teachings."

With a snap of his finger, a stack of paper appeared next to the Devil. The philosopher read it and concluded it was correct. "Then, go to Hell!" With another snap of his finger, the philsopher disappeared. The mathematician then asked,"Give me the most complicated formula ever theorized!" With a snap of his finger, another stack of paper appeared next to the Devil. The mathematician read it and reluctantly agreed it was correct. "Then, go to Hell!" With another snap of his finger, the mathematician disappeared too. The idiot then stepped forward and said, "Bring me a chair!" The Devil brought forward a chair. "Drill 7 holes on the seat." The Devil did just that. The idiot then sat on the chair

and let out a very loud fart. Standing up, he asked, "Which hole did my fart come out from?" The Devil inspected the seat and said,"The third hole from the right." "Wrong," said the idiot, "it's from my asshole." And the idiot went to heaven.

An old lady An old lady goes to the doctor and says, "I have this problem with frequent gas. Fortunately, the farts never smell and are always silent. As a matter of fact, I've farted at least 10 times since I've been here, and I bet you didn't even notice!" The doctor says, "I see. Take these pills and come back next week." The next week the old lady returns. "Doctor," she says, "I don't know what the hell you gave me, but now my silent farts stink like the dickens."

The doctor says, "Good! Now that we've cleared up your sinuses, let's work on your hearing."

Two cowboys Two cowboys come upon an Indian lying on his stomach with his ear to the ground. One of the cowboys stops and says to the other, "You see that Indian?" "Yeah," says the other cowboy. "Look," says the first one, "he's listening to the ground. He can hear things for miles in any direction." Just then the Indian looks up. "Covered wagon," he says, "about two miles away. Have two horses, one brown, one white. Man, woman, child, household effects in wagon." "Incredible!" says the cowboy to his friend.
