MEALS
All meals are included in the tuition fee as follows:
• Full Day Tuition: breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea
• Half Day Tuition (Preschool only): breakfast and lunch
STATIONERY & LEARNING RESOURCES FEE
The tuition fee includes two sets of uniforms upon enrolment. Each child will also receive a backpack, hat, and a laundry bag for wet or soiled clothes. If you would like to purchase more items for your child, please contact the school office. The uniform is compulsory for Preschool and Primary children from Monday to Thursday, on special occasions, and on class excursions.
CULTURAL CELEBRATIONS & LEARNING EXHIBITIONS
The tuition fee includes all school celebrations, exhibitions, curriculum-based field trips, and workshops during the scholastic year.
UNIFORM
The tuition fee includes two to three sets of uniforms upon enrollment, along with a backpack, hat, and a laundry bag for wet or soiled clothes. To purchase additional items, please contact the school office. The uniform is required for preschool, primary, and middle school students from Monday to Thursday, as well as on special occasions and class excursions.
ADMISSION FEE
The Admission Fee is required once a learner’s enrollment has been accepted and the enrollment date is confirmed. This one-time payment secures the learner's place and is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Please note that the Admission Fee is distinct from the Deposit.

The Annual Development Fee is a charge applied per learner, beginning in their second academic year, to support the ongoing enhancement of school facilities and educational offerings. This fee ensures that the school can continue to provide a high-quality learning environment with updated technology, improved infrastructure, and enriched educational programs. Please note that the Annual Development Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Nursery & Preschool: 10,000,000 VND
• Primary & Middle school: 13,000,000 VND
ACCEPTANCE DEPOSIT - for Admission process
The Acceptance Deposit of 18,000,000 VND per learner is required as a security deposit to secure the child’s placement. This deposit is deducted from the tuition fee payment but is non-refundable in case of withdrawal.
PLACEMENT DEPOSIT - for the following academic year
To secure your learner’s space, a Placement Deposit of 18,000,000 VND must be paid in full by February 10, 2025. This amount will be deducted from your second fee installment for the 2025-2026 academic year. The deposit is non-refundable if you withdraw your learner from the 2025-2026 school year. Failure to meet the Placement Deposit deadline will result in your learner being re-enrolled as a new learner, incurring a re-enrollment fee in addition to the annual fee.
RE-ENROLMENT
A re-enrolment fee of 22,000,000 VND will apply to learners who wish to re-enroll after a withdrawal period or after a personal absence not exceeding 11 weeks.
PROMOTION PROGRAMS
Note: Only one discount at the highest percentage will be applied if eligible. Combinations of discounts apply only for family discounts.
Appreciation Program
Aurora truly values the continued enrollment of children and offers the following appreciation discounts on tuition fees:
• 1% discount after a continuous enrollment period of one year
• 2% discount after a continuous enrollment period of two/three years
• 3% discount after a continuous enrollment period of four years
• 4% discount after a continuous enrollment period of five years
• 5% discount after a continuous enrollment period of six/seven years
• 6% discount after a continuous enrollment period of eight/nine years
Discounts are applied from the anniversary date of initial enrollment and are valid only for continuous enrollments. If a learner withdraws and re-enrolls, the appreciation discount period resumes from the re-enrollment date.

Family discounts are applied to the youngest children in all cases.
PAYMENT PLANS
For convenience, annual tuition fees can be paid using one of the following plans:
• Annual Payment Plan: Pay in one installment.
• Semester Payment Plan: Pay in two installments.
• Term Payment Plan: Pay in four equal installments
For enrollments after the start of the academic year, the termly installment amounts will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

SHORT TERM ABSENCES
In the event of short-term absences, the school maintains a policy of not offering refunds or discounts on tuition fees, as operational costs remain constant regardless of attendance. Parents are obliged to notify the school in writing if their child will be absent for more than two weeks. This notification ensures proper record-keeping and allows the school to make any necessary adjustments to the child's learning plan upon their return. While financial adjustments are not available for these absences, the school remains committed to supporting the child's educational continuity during extended periods away.

WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY

To initiate a child's withdrawal from the school, parents are required to complete and submit a Withdrawal Notice Form to the school office no less than 45 days prior to the child's final day of attendance. Please note that no refunds will be issued to parents who have opted for the Term Payment Plan, regardless of the circumstances. However, parents on the Semester Payment Plan may be eligible for a refund of 30% of the remaining tuition fees, calculated from the child’s last day at school, provided the withdrawal follows the correct notification process

Percentage of Annual Tuition Payable
The Admission Fee and Annual Development Fee are non-refundable, and no refunds are available for the Bus Service. Any discounts provided are intended for a full academic year enrollment; therefore, any discounts will be removed from the refund calculation.
Please note:
• The tuition fee due and any refund due is calculated based on the last day of attendance with the required 45-day notice.
• The official Withdrawal Notice Form must be used for notification. Verbal, email, or any other forms of notification will not be accepted.
LATE PICK-UP
Children should be picked up from school on time. Parents must inform the school of any unexpected late pick-up. Otherwise, children picked up late will incur a fee of 200,000 VND per 10 minutes late.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tuition fees must be paid in advance, with reminders issued periodically throughout the year. It is the parents' responsibility to ensure that all fees are settled by the specified deadlines. This responsibility cannot be delegated to a company. Should there be any instances of non-payment, the school reserves the right to impose a penalty of 10% per annum on the outstanding balance, calculated daily, and any previously applied discounts will be revoked.
Non-payment: If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the school reserves the right to suspend the child from attending classes. The child's spot may then be allocated to a student on the waiting list.
Payment: By making a payment according to the Debit Note/Invoice, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions detailed in the Tuition & Fees Schedules.

Aurora offers a safe and reliable bus service featuring modern, air-conditioned vehicles equipped with seat belts, an adult bus monitor, and mobile phone contact. This service is available to children residing within a 10-kilometer radius of the school.
To ensure an efficient service, parents must register and adhere to the pick-up and drop-off times specified in the Bus Registration Form.
